Due to a temporary outage as the result of a software upgrade with the Florida Department of Health’s Bureau of Vital Statistics, we are temporarily unable to issue birth certificates.  In the interim, you can order your birth certificate online, by mail, or pick up a copy at the local health department.  Click here for more information: https://alachua.floridahealth.gov/
